The 24-year-old Fashion star spills the secrets behind her well toned body in the health magazine's accompanying cover story titled - Mugdha Godse: In love with her fab body.
Mughda reveals how her passion for fitness helps her stay on in good health and shape.
As proof of her fitness and spirit of adventure Mugdha skydived on the set of her new film Will You Marry Me with co-star Shreyas Talpade. The pair reportedly jumped 20,000 feet at the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai on June 1. Mugdha was exhilarated with the experience. She said this was her life's first adventure and she loved it.
"I did it I did I did it, yyeyy its soooooooooo muchhhhhhhh fuunnnnnnnn......" she tweeted soon after the jump.

Mugdha and her Help co-star Bobby Deol were in Colombo, Sri Lanka to reveal the first look of their horror film at IIFA on June 3. Mugdha was very happy with the audience response. She attended the IIFA Fashion extravaganza and the after party before returning to Dubai to resume filming of Will You Marry Me. Help is due in theaters on July 9.
