Lindsay Lohan has already had the judge support her on one too many occasions and again after her SCRAM bracelet went off after her drinking binge on Sunday night.
Probably she’s just asking for too much now, and wants a few more exceptions to the rule. She is asking the court to treat her specially; we don’t really know what’s so special about her except for her celebrity status!
There are a few reports doing the rounds and according to them Lindsay is asking that her civil trial be delayed since her public image is tarnished so badly that it won’t work in favor of her when she wants a fair jury.
Lilo’s lawyer Ed McPherson stated, “Every facet of the criminal proceeding and every facet of Ms. Lohan’s life… have been reported on TMZ and other media outlets literally on a daily (and sometimes hourly) basis. There are current widespread public feelings of intense negativity against Ms Lohan.”
The SCRAM bracelet slip up infact set her back by $10,000 and not the $100,000 bail that she had spoken about.
Since this is a misdemeanor charge, we doubt that the judge can revoke the bail. Instead what she can do is put in another $100,000 to the existing amount that makes her add the $10,000 as bail bondsman. All we can say is that she’s spent a lot on just a little drink.
