Lafangey Parindey starring Deepika Padukone and Neil Nitin Mukesh is set for an October release says, Neil.
"Lafangey parindey should release by October hopefully. Saat khoon maaf by dec :)", Neil tweeted on Sunday, June 13. (According to our records, Vishal Bharadwaj's Saat Khoon Maaf is scheduled for release on January 21.)
Filming for Lafangey Parindey was completed in early May.
The film is a gritty romance set on the streets of Mumbai. It is rumored to be about bike gangs of Mumbai and required Neil to engage in serious and authentic fights on the streets.
During the filming Neil had tweeted: "I'm covered with welters, wounds & bruises on Lafangey Parindey sets."
"There's nothing fake about the fists of fury that fly in Pradeep Sarkar's film," said Neil.
