The CMT awards were held in Nashville TN, on Wednesday June 9th, and this we seen was a great country event. Also seen at the awards was Carrie Underwood who was also part of the awards ceremony, which is said to be the most important night for country music stars. And we do believe that she’s an awesome country music star.
As she got out of her car the “Jesus Take The Wheel” who looked very electrifying and her beautiful self posed for pictures to be taken, and she even mingled along with the press before proceeding for the awards night.
Carrie performed for the show that night and she even took home two trophies which led her to being one of the biggest winners that night.
She’s one American Idol alumni who has been doing really well for herself, and like Simon says, “She’s made the right choice in music”. Carrie picked up awards for the Video of the Year for “Cowboy Casanova” and was also awarded the CMT’s Performance of the Year for “Temporary Home (from Invitation Only)”.
